At Willow, our core fitness classes are small enough so you will still get the individual attention necessary to help you progress and improve your fitness level. Each instructor is highly qualified and trained to pay attention to each individual. Class maximum is 5-12, allowing the instructor to offer each client personal attention.
Willow offers core fitness classes in Pilates, Core Fit, TRX Core, Barre, and Props, and all of our fitness classes reflect the fundamentals of Pilates to safely strengthen the core and lengthen muscles.
Pilates was originally conceived as a one-on-one program. Personal Pilates training allows you and your instructor to focus on your areas of greatest need. We have certified instructors offering private and semi-private Pilates instruction. Personal instruction is conducted on multiple pieces of equipment, including the Reformer, The Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Chairs, Pedi-Pole, and Spine Corrector. Personal Pilates sessions are 55 minutes in duration. Willow instructors are available for private, duet, trio and quad instruction by appointment. We also offer personal training sessions on GYROTONIC and PowerPlate equipment.
