The Xtend Barre workout is efficient, combining cardio intervals with resistance training. In one hour you get a full body workout, increased cardiovascular health, and you burn 500-700 calories!
Created by a classical pilates instructor, Xtend Barre is only taught by certified pilates instructors. With an emphasis on lengthening, not tucking, you’ll gain improved posture and grace—just like a dancer.
The Xtend Barre total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom. The end result is a long and lean physique… without any added bulk.

All classes require a reservation. Drop-ins are always welcome if there is space available. Clients must cancel their reservation 4 hours prior to the class. Classes require 2 clients; if only 1 person is signed up 2 hours prior to the class time, the class will be canceled for the day.
